Easy Installation and Cleaning of Sox Air Duct

The sox air duct is a blast air end system that is woven from fiber fabric with special functions and has the functions of the tuyere, air duct, static pressure box, thermal insulation material, air valve, and so on. The air sox fabric duct calculates the size of the pipe diameter through the fluid, designs the air output method according to the field, and relies on a variety of air output modes such as fiber penetration, nozzles, nozzle holes, slot holes to rationally arrange the air duct system. It can evenly supply air in three dimensions.

The cleaning of the traditional iron duct requires the use of industrial cleaning robots, which is relatively expensive. The fabric duct material is special fiber material and flexible material. It adopts an industrial zipper link, easy to disassemble, can be directly cleaned in industrial washing machines, and can be washed more than 50 times. Combined with the convenience of cleaning, it is highly recommended in the food processing workshop.

Traditional iron ducts must use auxiliary accessories such as tuyere and damper. However, according to indoor conditions and air supply parameters, different directions and different forms of ventilation holes are arranged on the sox air duct, or different permeability of different cloth materials are used, so as to effectively form a form of ventilation in which indoor ventilation and induced ventilation are mixed.

During the installation of the traditional iron duct, due to its own volume and weight and other factors, it will take a lot of labor and many accessories such as hanger brackets. The weight of the sox air duct is 0.15-0.4kg/m³, which is only 1% of the weight of the traditional iron duct and the air outlet. The air ducts are connected by industrial heavy-duty zippers and are installed under the ceiling by wire ropes or slide rails. The installation of the sox air duct is very simple and does not require heat preservation at all.

Traditional air ducts use diffusers and other air outlets to distribute air, and the airflow in the entire room is not necessarily uniform. The sox air duct is supplied through the air duct's penetration, slits, orifices, etc., the air is evenly distributed, and the indoor temperature gradient is very small. These designs, which are different from traditional air supply systems, have been well proven in practice and application in engineering cases of many industries.
