Compared with traditional air duct, Unicduct is more lightweight. It adopted on-site modular installation, zipper connection, steel wire and slider hanging installation, standardized construction. It takes only 1/4 of construction period compared with traditional air duct, saving labor and costs.

Unicduct inner duct layer, outer functional protection layer and thermal insulation layer are adopted with integrated composite forming technology, making the product more stable, without issues such as degumming. The overall mechanical strength is pretty high, with pressure resistance up to 3000Pa, without leakage or damage. The insulation performance is excellent and stable, reducing the risk of condensation; through patented multiple leak-proof wind sealing technology, comprehensively improving air tightness.

Adopted with integrated forming technology, Unicduct has smooth surface, minimalism design of the shape and ducts. Invisible installation, high-end and aesthetically pleasing.

The inner duct layer and outer functional protection layer are made of Class A non-flammable fabric materials. Ultra-fine silicon fiber insulation layer naturally possesses non-flammability characteristics of inorganic materials, enabling the overall air duct to meet the national standard GB8624 Class A non-flammable standard.

The use of flexible materials effectively mitigates the secondary noise generated by equipment vibration and transmission; the ultra-fine fiber insulation material adopts an open-cell structure, with a large surface area, providing stronger sound absorption and isolation capabilities, resulting in quieter system operation.

The ultra-fine fiber insulation material has the excellent capability of vibration-resistance, the water repellency reaches up to 98%, with strong resistance to water vapor permeation, ensuring that the long-term functional characteristics of the product do not degrade.
